Additionally, all of our items can be customized to your choice of colors at no additional charge! Q. Is all of your jewelry customizable?
Yes! Every piece of jewelry we make is made to order and is available in a multitude of colors. This allows our customers to match their favorite pieces with any color scheme.
Q. Are all of your items hand-made?
All of our Swarovski jewelry and bridal accessories are hand-made to order. For your added convenience, we have also partnered with Cathy's Concepts to offer a complete line of quality wedding favors and gifts at unbeatable prices.
Q. What if I can't find exactly what I am looking for?
Our artists are constantly creating new pieces and new designs. Many of our current designs are the result of customer requests. Call us or E-mail us with your design idea and we will design a custom piece that will be uniquely yours. Please note that all custom orders are subject to a non-refundable deposit.
Q. Does Allison Nichole make jewelry for occasions other than weddings?
Absolutely! Our passion is bridal jewelry, but our designs complement every wardrobe and occasion. Proms, birthdays, Christmas, Valentine's Day - we can help make any occasion even more memorable.
Q. Where are you located? Do you have a store?
All of our creations are made in our studios in New Hope, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee. To minimize our overhead expenses, we sell our products exclusively through our online store and pass the savings on to our customers! You may also see our jewelry in person at a number of Bridal Shows in the Atlanta, Georgia area every year. Atlanta and Chattanooga area brides please call us and we will be happy to meet with you and show you the entire Allison Nichole collection in person!
Q. My friends and I would like to see your jewelry first hand. Do you ever host jewelry parties?
Allison Nichole will host a jewelry and accessory party for any interested group within a reasonable distance of Atlanta, Georgia. Please call us for details and available dates. We will also be happy to meet with Atlanta and Chattanooga area brides to show you the entire Allison Nichole collection in person!
Q. How long does it usually take an order to ship?
Every piece of jewelry or accessory is hand-made to order. The time to ship for orders varies with each piece. Most items in our store catalog ship within 5-7 business days. Some unique color crystals may not be in stock and may require a little longer to order. Also, custom creations may take several weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Q. Help! My wedding is in four days and I still need a necklace! Is there any way I can still order one in time?
Never fear, you've come to the right place! All of our catalog items can be rushed for a small fee. Contact us for details.
Q. I don't feel comfortable sending my credit card information out online. Is there another way that I may order?

Our founder, Allison Caudle, is a certified Professional Bridal Consultant with the Association of Bridal Consultants. She, along with the rest of our team, forms our sister company, ANConsultants, which offers several consultation packages to suit every couple’s needs. From basic wedding day direction to total wedding design and coordination - we will be with you every step of the way.
